i saw someone nearly got hit by an incoming train.... i'm still reeling from the shock.... it happened early this afternoon. i was at Marsiling mrt station waiting for the train when i saw this guy.... he looked drunk from the way he was walking and swaying about on the platform... naturally i walked away from him towards the centre.... then when i turned back, i saw him at the edge of the platform looking as if he was picking something from the floor and fall onto the tracks.... and as if that wasn't bad enough, the train was already in sight, juz about a hundred metres away.... many froze and some screamed.... i don't know what came over me but i started running towards him and juz shouting and cursing at him asking him to get out of the train's way.... it was crazy... somehow, that guy managed to get to the side juz as the train passed by.... i swore i could see his hair touch the side front of the train... it was that close.... i was absolutely petrified... i stood on the platform for a few mins, juz staring blankly, and trembling slightly..... i uttered some short prayers before finally coming to my senses.... the whole incident caused some delay in the train system as they got the guy out and probably handed him over to the police or something..... i was so shocked that i didn't realised that i had boarded the wrong train.... it was not until i reached bukit gombak that i saw i was going in the wrong direction... oh man.... i'm juz glad that i did not witness a death......
